TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The death of an unhoused Toledo man out in the frigid temperatures has struck a chord with the community, and now his sister is speaking out.
Like the rest of the community, Trish Kwapich is also looking for answers. She says her brother, Rick Kwapich, was experiencing homelessness but had places he would stay.
Still trying to make sense of her brother’s death, she wanted to share his story in hopes of creating change…
