Woman arrested for noise complaint now faces felony for allegedly assaulting corrections officer

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo woman faces a charge of assaulting a corrections officer after she was originally brought in on a noise complaint early Sunday morning.

According to law enforcement, the incident began with a noise complaint at the apartment of Melody Hawkins, 37, on the 1900 block of Macomber.

That citation led to her arrest, when she refused to ID herself, with Hawkins now facing charges for Excessive Noise and Failure to Disclose Personal Information…
