The city of Toledo’s leaf collection efforts are temporarily paused so crews and equipment can be reassigned to snow and ice operations.
City officials on Tuesday announced crews were “actively monitoring forecasts and adjusting operations as conditions change to ensure safe travel for motorists and pedestrians.”
