TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The driver of a U-Haul who led Toledo Police officers on a chase throughout Toledo Wednesday evening has been arrested, according to a city spokesperson.
The city spokesperson said the vehicle chase came to an end and the man tried to run away near the Larchmont Estates. Police arrested the driver, who has been identified as Rodney Coley.
