TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are searching for a missing 63-year-old woman who was last seen last month.
Police say Rinda Brown was last seen around Nov. 21 and is known to frequent the area near South Avenue and Aurora Gonzalez Drive in south Toledo.
Brown is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to police. Police say there are concerns for her safety “due to potential medical issues.”…
