Restaurant reports for Ottawa County

The Ottawa County Health Department’s Sanitation Division reported the following critical violations during food inspections between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30.

Oak and Anchor Grill LLC, 200 W. Water St., Oak Harbor. Violations: Residue buildup on can opener; jug of chicken wing sauce sitting out and not kept refrigerated; sliced tomatoes and lettuce exceeding the seven-day discard date; menu missing health advisory about items from animal-derived foods that may be undercooked; fly strips hanging in food preparation area.

Dollar General No. 8331, 136 South Locust St., Oak Harbor. Violations: Dented can of pasta sauce for retail sale; chemicals stored directly next to single-serve food items…
