BOWLING GREEN — A South Carolina woman has filed a civil lawsuit against Circle K after a physical altercation with a cashier in one of the company’s Bowling Green stores allegedly caused her to miscarry.
Charles Boyk Law Offices filed a civil lawsuit Monday in the Northern District of Ohio on behalf of the Rev. Deria Francis, alleging that the eight-weeks-pregnant Black minister miscarried after a “violent assault” at the Circle K gas station at 1602 E. Wooster St.
