TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The family of the Toledo woman found under the rubble of a burned-down home in the Old South End is sharing how they want her to be remembered.
Rinda Brown’s niece says it’s been an extremely difficult time for the family and it’s taken her a few days and sleepless nights to gather her thoughts. She said the family believes there is more to the story both about her aunt’s life and her death.
