The City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities will permanently close the customer resource center, located at 420 Madison Avenue, at the end of the year. The payment kiosk, located at the corner of Madison Avenue and St. Clair Street, will remain open for cash, check and card payments.
The center will be closed in observance of the holidays on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25, 2025. The final day of operation will be Wednesday, December 31.
