TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – As the Toledo City Council continues to discuss the 2026 budget, it learned more about the needs of the unhoused in a meeting Thursday. The council heard statistics from the Toledo Lucas County Homelessness Board.
The problem is growing this year for many reasons and it seems to be gaining steam as we head into the winter months.
