Toledo marks 37th homicide of the year as restaurant mourns teen employee ahead of holidays

TOLEDO, Ohio — As of Tuesday, Toledo has recorded its 37th homicide of the year, tying last year’s total.

For the families, friends and coworkers of this year’s victims, the turn of the calendar offers little comfort.
