On one of his regular walks downtown to check on people living outside, Geo Washington noticed a shape, partly hidden and covered in snow.
“I look over here and I see something in that corner. It kind of looked like a body,” he said, pointing to an area behind 1111 Madison Ave. “After I saw that, I took my phone out, proceeded to walk back, and called the police.”
He waited for the medics to arrive, and they pronounced the man dead…
