The owner of a dog that attacked a mother leaving Whiteford Elementary School with her toddler has a court appearance scheduled next week.
Nikai Roberts, 39, was charged Dec. 18 with a first-degree misdemeanor violation of Ohio’s vicious-dog law along with two minor misdemeanor counts under local law of failing to vaccinate dogs against rabies.
He is scheduled for arraignment Jan. 7 in Sylvania Municipal Court…
