A judge sentenced a Fulton County man to eight years in prison Tuesday for a drunken crash that killed a Swanton couple outside Centennial Terrace in July, 2024.
But Donald Christian, 55, of Lyons, Ohio, will be able to remain free if he posts $100,000 bond after Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Dean Mandros granted him that leeway while he appeals his Oct. 31 conviction in a bench trial.
