Judge rules on several key motions ahead of Dale Warner murder trial

ADRIAN — Dale Warner returned to Lenawee County Circuit Court on Dec. 30 as Judge Michael Olsaver ruled on several key motions, setting the stage for a nine-week trial beginning Jan. 27.

Warner is accused of killing his wife, Dee Warner, in April 2021, then concealing her body for more than three years. The prosecution alleges Warner murdered Dee to prevent her from leaving him and dividing their farming and trucking businesses.
