TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – In December 2025, 13 Action News introduced you to two men with diabetes who claimed to have waited much of the year for their diabetic shoes and insoles.
Rodney Osterhout of Toledo and Carl Thomasson of Walbridge also said they were getting the runaround from their doctor about when their order would be in.
