TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Toledo announced Monday it received a property donation from BTC Toledo (Toledo Business Technology Center) and the Pennie family.
The property located on North 13th Street in Toledo spans more than six acres and houses several local community organizations and businesses. Current tenants were notified about the transition to new ownership at the end of 2025.
