TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – At first glance, you may think it’s legit. Upon closer inspection, there are some signs showing that the $100 bill is a fake.
“I actually didn’t notice for a couple days,” said Markie Cassady, owner of Plant House – Toledo, on Secor near the Michigan state line.
