TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Some rule changes could be on the way for Toledo apartment complexes. At a city council meeting Thursday, administration officials discussed a proposal for licensing requirements for multi-unit apartment complexes.
The discussion comes amid issues with multiple apartment complexes in the city, including Ashland Manor.
