TOLEDO, Ohio — The teenager accused of fatally stabbing 14-year-old Xander Epps in Point Place over the summer will be tried as an adult on murder and felonious assault charges.
A Lucas County grand jury indicted John Jackson on one felony charge each of murder and felonious assault on Thursday. It is WTOL 11 policy to not name minors charged with crimes unless they are tried as an adult.
