TOLEDO, Ohio — New Horizons Baking Company will permanently close its manufacturing facility in north Toledo this spring, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification filed with the state on Friday.
According to the WARN document, 68 employees will be permanently laid off from the plant, which is located at 1015 New York Ave., on or after March 17.
