TOLEDO, Ohio — The man accused of exchanging gunfire with Toledo police last week after he crashed his vehicle during a pursuit and ran away on foot was indicted Thursday for attempted murder.
Henry Goodlow, 33, was also charged with six counts of felonious assault, one count of having weapons while under disability and one count of failure to comply. He also faces two counts each of strangulation and assault in a separate indictment, as well as an additional charge of having weapons while under disability.
