Animal officials and a Toledo City Council member say his dog is OK after being found outdoors in a vehicle during Tuesday’s council meeting.
Lucas County Canine Care & Control responded to a call about a dog in the back of a pickup. The truck was determined to belong to District 1 Councilman John Hobbs III.
According to a spokesman for LC4, the agency received a call from Toledo police at 4:08 p.m. of a dog in a crate in the back of a pickup. As the LC4 deputy was pulling into One Government Center, the officer called back and said the dog’s owner had been located…
