PERRYSBURG, Ohio — A Toledo police lieutenant is facing a felony charge after an alleged drunken driving crash in December, according to a police report and court records.
Lt. Adam Fish was indicted Thursday on one count of aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony, according to Wood County Common Pleas Court records. He also was indicted on two first-degree misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
