GIBSONBURG, Ohio — Multiple fire departments are working to contain a barn fire that broke out in Sandusky County early Friday morning.
According to the Gibsonburg Fire Department, a call for the fire came in just before 2 a.m. on Jan. 23 when someone was driving by and noticed a barn on fire on State Route 600 near Township Road 38.
The homeowners were woken up and alerted to the blaze. No people were injured, but eight farm animals were lost in the fire. The barn was deemed a complete loss, according to crews on scene…
