PERRYSBURG, OH (WOWO) A 65-year-old Toledo police lieutenant, Adam Fish, has been indicted on a third-degree felony for aggravated vehicular assault and two first-degree misdemeanor charges for operating a vehicle under the influence, according to court records and reporting by WTOL 11.
The crash occurred December 20 on State Route 25 at Roachton Road in Perrysburg. Police say Fish was leaving a work shift party when his vehicle struck another car, triggering a three-vehicle collision.
Officers reported Fish had glassy eyes, slurred speech, and the smell of alcohol on his breath. Fish initially refused a field sobriety test but later completed one, failing several components. He also refused a breath test, prompting a warrant for a blood draw. Test results have not been released…
