Dale Warner declines plea deal as jury selection begins in murder case of Dee Warner

LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. — Dale Warner, the man accused of killing his wife in Lenawee County, declined a plea deal Tuesday ahead of jury selection.

The prosecutor stated in court that the plea deal of second-degree murder and tampering with evidence was offered after discussions with Dee Warner’s family.
