TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Some residents of the Parklane mobile home community on Lewis Avenue are bringing awareness to their ongoing noise complaint.
Tamela Steffen said it’s a banging sound that and her neighbors hear almost everyday and it’s worse at night.
“Wakes me up out of dead sleep, scares me,” Steffen said. “I have a heart condition so, when you get scared out of dead sleep, it’s probably not great.”…
