Oregon residents sue city council over open meeting laws

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – group of Oregon residents filed a lawsuit against city council over alleged violations of open meeting laws.

The complaint claims decisions about a former city administrator’s severance and the selection of a new council member happened behind closed doors.
