MAUMEE, Ohio — Maumee City Council will vote on Monday on whether to approve a data center moratorium.
According to city council’s agenda, council members will vote on a resolution recommended by the city’s law director. The resolution would impose a temporary moratorium on the establishment of any data center, as well as the conversion of other structures or buildings into a data center. This moratorium, if passed, would last for a period of 12 months.
