Maumee becomes latest northwest Ohio community to pass data center moratorium

With little discussion, Maumee approved a 12-month moratorium on data center construction within its city limits on Monday night.

Maumee City Council’s vote was 6-0 in favor of the moratorium. Councilman Andrew Huyghe abstained.
