TOLEDO, Ohio — A Lucas County grand jury on Wednesday indicted the longtime treasurer of a Whitehouse Boy Scouts troop on a grand theft charge for allegedly stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the organization over a two-year period.
Donald Marion, 77, is accused of stealing the funds from August 2023 to December 2025. According to Whitehouse police, the total amount stolen is about $22,500.
