City to detail vacant property rules, enforcement efforts

TOLEDO, Ohio — The city of Toledo will outline vacant property registration requirements and enforcement efforts during a news conference Tuesday morning.

Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz and other city leaders are scheduled to make comments and remind property owners, lenders, and other responsible parties of their obligations under the city’s Vacant Property Registration program.
