A warrant has been issued for a Defiance man who allegedly knocked a man unconscious then kicked him in the head while he was on the ground. Bishop Roberson, 27, has been charged with felonious assault in the incident which occurred Sunday (Feb. 15) around 2:20 a.m., at a bar in the 100 block of North Main Street.
