TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man has been indicted by a grand jury in Wood County on six counts of rape.
According to Wood County Court of Common Pleas court documents, 21-year-old Emmanuel Schutte has been indicted with five felony counts of raping a child under 10-years-old and one count of raping a child under 13-years-old.
