TOLEDO, Ohio —
O’Shea’s Irish Pub in west Toledo has been declared a nuisance property by the city of Toledo and it has been placed on the Code Enforcement Response Team’s list.
The pub is still open, but will be watched more closely, according to city council member John Hobbs, who represents the district the bar is in. He said there have been known issues here for a while, and if more happen, the bar could be forced to close…
