A grand jury in Wood County indicted a Toledo man on six counts of rape.
According to court documents from the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, Emmanuel Schutte, 21, has been charged with five felony counts of raping a child under the age of ten and one count of raping a child under the age of thirteen.
