TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo mother is suing Little Miracle’s Childcare Center on Monroe Street after she said she arrived to pick up her daughter and found the building dark, the doors locked, and no employees present.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Zuri Sutton, whose daughter had been enrolled at the facility for approximately three weeks.
According to the filing, Sutton’s daughter suffered psychological injuries and is undergoing treatment. Sutton is seeking in excess of $20,000 in damages…
