A veteran detective from the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office testified Feb. 24 the Warner family farm wasn’t secured during the execution of a search warrant in April 2021.
The testimony comes as jurors continue to hear evidence in the murder trial of Dale Warner, 58, accused of murdering his wife, Dee, and tampering with evidence. Her body was discovered in an anhydrous ammonia tank on property the couple owned on Munger Road in 2024.
