TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A local business owner said he was sitting just feet from the point of impact when a car crashed into the front wall of his shop Wednesday morning.
Tim Shular, owner of Nationwide Concrete Restoration, said he was making coffee and working at his computer around 3:05 a.m. when the crash occurred.
