TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man says a TARTA bus driver was rude and unprofessional during a recent encounter, and he says he has cell phone video to prove it.
Donte Johnson, a TARTA rider, said he began recording on his cell phone as he was getting off the bus after he confronted the driver about passing a teenager at a stop.
