TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents near the intersection of Bernath Parkway and Airport Highway are opposing a proposal to convert a vacant TGI Friday’s restaurant into a 24-hour Speedway gas station, and they are calling on city leaders to block the project.
Neighbor Mike Phillips cited several concerns about the proposed development.
