TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man has been arrested and charged following a second police chase that occurred within city limits Thursday evening.
According to police records, Rashaun Young, 19, initiated a “semi-lengthy” pursuit with TPD officers after they attempted to stop him for a traffic violation on Collingwood and Winthrop. Officers reportedly followed Young on a high-speed chase through the art museum, residential streets and major highways during rush hour traffic.
