TOLEDO, Ohio — Nearly two weeks after a violent carjacking in South Toledo, 67-year-old Donald Russell is being remembered for something greater than the tragedy.
Russell died last Monday night from injuries he suffered during the Feb. 19 carjacking on Emerald Avenue, according to his granddaughter, Anniyah Fell.
