Toledo woman’s neighbor convicted after shooting her cat with a crossbow

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – After her neighbor was convicted of shooting her cat with a crossbow, one Toledo woman feels one step closer to justice.

You can typically find Lisa Jones with her pup or her foster dogs. She also cares for cats that she traps, neuters, and releases to curb overpopulation in her West Toledo neighborhood.
