BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — A Northwest Ohio family is suing a local organization and Scouting America, claiming a 5-year-old boy was attacked and seriously injured during a Cub Scouts meeting.
According to WTVG Channel 13, the lawsuit claims the attack occurred on Dec. 4, 2025, at a Pack 422 meeting in Bowling Green. An older Cub Scout punched, knocked down and stomped the boy, the lawsuit says.
