The Ottawa County Health Department’s Sanitation Division reported the following critical violations during food inspections between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28.
Curtice Carryout, 22571 W. Front St., Curtice. Violation: Observed a dented can of beefaroni for sale and packages must be in good condition.
Mill Pond Farm and Gardens, 4408 Elliston Trowbridge Road, Graytown. Violations: French onion soup and beef bourguignon not being held at 41 degrees or below, items discarded; scissors that do not come apart being used and cannot be properly cleaned…
