Four charged in Rossford assault that left Amazon employee seriously injured

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Four men are facing criminal charges for an alleged assault outside of an area Amazon facility that left the victim with serious injuries.

The Rossford Police Department announced the charges on March 10 stemming from an assault on Feb. 28.

A 21-year-old man suffered serious physical injuries and was hospitalized after an assault in the 27000 block of Crossroads Parkway, according to a statement from the police department. The investigation led to felonious assault charges for four men:

  • Javian Dildy, 22, of Toledo
  • Shemar Dildy, 20, of Toledo
  • Nathaniel Ward, 28, of Toledo
  • Jeron Phillips, 19, of Toledo
