Custom Deco LLC, an Ohio-based manufacturing facility offering decorative glassware, is preparing to close its site located at 1343 Miami St., Toledo, Ohio 43605. The closure comes as parent company The Boelter Companies, Inc. moves to sell the site.
The Boelter Companies, Inc. disclosed details of the closure in a WARN notice with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The notice is dated March 9, 2026, and is pursuant to the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act and Ohio Revised Code § 4413.31.
