TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo’s overnight and early morning storms left scattered property damage and flooded streets and basements filled with water in parts of the city.
Lisa Fleck, a general manager for Roto-Rooter Plumbing, says today was their busiest day of the year. The business reportedly saw nearly five times the number of calls for service compared to an average day across Lucas, Wood and Monroe counties.
